Design Process

  • Mitigating Misinformation during a Mega-Election on LinkedIn: My design team at Northwestern University collaborated closely with LinkedIn's product design team on a project that began with in-depth market research and user interviews. Over a 10-week design sprint, we developed and iterated on concepts, ultimately leading to a final design that I pitched to the team. The project was documented in a white paper that outlined our approach, key insights, and the innovative solutions we delivered. I have extensive experience in the entire design process, including user testing, market research, interviews, journey mapping, design iteration, and product development.

  • Prototyping Mobile Applications in Figma: As a student specializing in interface design, I developed wireframe mockups for several mobile applications during design sprints. I presented a clickable prototype, complete with navigation and real test-user content, to a panel of professors and product engineers. I am proficient in digital prototyping, storyboarding, wireframing, and mockup design, enabling me to effectively present, iterate, and finalize designs in a digital format.

  • UI/ UX Design: At Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering, I completed the Segal Design Certificate program, where I designed and engineered a range of products, including physical prototypes (medical devices, home appliances), hybrid products (home appliances with touch screen dashboards), and digital prototypes (mobile applications, websites). Throughout the program, I developed over 10 digital interfaces and multiple physical prototypes, showcasing my extensive experience in the UI/UX design process.

Market Research
& Growth Strategy

  • Go-to-Market Software Development: At Talent Inc., I conducted comprehensive internal and external interviews with key stakeholders, including those from higher education institutions. These efforts yielded significant strategic insights into the student-focused solutions software market. Following this, I designed and successfully launched a survey targeting over 20 career services professionals, gathering valuable data on the higher education software market. I presented my findings and strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership, ultimately leading to the decision to commercialize a new software product in the higher education space.

  • Data Analytics: At The Mom Project, I led a team of interns in compiling and analyzing marketing and economic data to evaluate market trends and consumer behavior. I provided weekly updates on current market events to the Operations and DE&I teams, ensuring informed decision-making. Additionally, I researched, developed, and implemented a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion interface and an Onboarding module for the Executive team, both of which were successfully integrated into the company's new-hire onboarding process and overall company culture.

  • Economic Research: At Loyola Marymount University, I executed quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide range of data, including academic and journal research, monitoring news media on the country’s economy, and completing final work in Excel. Researched the correlation between crime rates and local journalism circulation in the United States.

Proposal Development
& Pitching

  • Innovation for Internal Communications: At GlobalFoundries, I honed my expertise in utilizing various platforms to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Identifying a gap in our internal communications, I proactively evaluated and redesigned the company’s internal News Digest, a key communication tool reaching over 13,000 global employees. After presenting the new design template to senior leadership, I successfully implemented the redesign using First Up. I was responsible for gathering and synthesizing information from multiple global offices, ensuring that the weekly news was accurately and effectively communicated across the organization.

  • Executive Consultancy: At Talent Inc., I created and successfully launched a survey to 20+ career services professionals, yielding valuable insights into the higher education software market. I presented recommendations and findings to the CEO and other members of the executive leadership team, leading to the decision to pursue the commercialization of a software product in the higher education space.

Process Optimization

System Enhancement

  • SharePoint Audit (GlobalFoundries): I played a key role in streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency. I audited the internal SharePoint site, which housed over 10,000 files, and redesigned reusable collateral to ensure brand alignment, including updating materials with our newly minted Registration mark. I structured an interactive search and filing system on the interface, significantly enhancing file management and accessibility for 13,000 global employees.

  • Photography Library Audit (GlobalFoundries): As a Brand Associate, I conducted a comprehensive audit of the company’s photography SharePoint site. Leveraging this audit, I developed a new, user-friendly photography platform that enabled users to search for pre-purchased images using keywords and metadata that I meticulously crafted. This initiative not only reduced repetitive and time-consuming requests to the brand inbox but also contributed to significant cost savings in the photography budget.

  • File Systematization (EMC): Responsible for overseeing fashion week invites for the entire client base (30+) across the US and EMEA. Systemized the physical and digital mailbox invitation reciprocal. Successfully executed the entire client base attending 100% of events for the duration of Paris, New York, Milan, and London Fashion Weeks.

Workflow &
Project Management

At GlobalFoundries, I managed the brand inbox with requests from over 13,000 global employees. Responsible for tracking and executing all projects on the Brand team, I drafted projects to be edited based on feedback from leadership, and executed final deliverables. By maintaining an original project tracking system, I ensured workflow throughout the Communications team by practicing constant communication and transparency. â€‹

At Emilie Meinadier Consulting (EMC), I designed and implemented a comprehensive tracking system to efficiently manage the distribution of hundreds of physical and digital Fashion Week invitations for over 30 clients across the US and EMEA regions. My responsibilities included overseeing the receipt of invitations, coordinating daily and weekly schedules tailored to each client’s events, and maintaining meticulous records of invitation history for each fashion house and client to support relationship management. Additionally, I ensured that all invitations were promptly delivered, both digitally and physically, often hand-delivering them throughout Paris.

The fast-paced and constantly evolving environment of Fashion Week honed my ability to adapt to business disruptions, enabling me to facilitate crucial scheduling changes while maintaining seamless communication between clients and external stakeholders. In this role, workflow management, file tracking, and project management were paramount, ensuring the smooth execution of all related tasks.

Partner Relationships

At EMC, I represented the company in high-stakes meetings with leading fashion brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chloé, Hermès, Balenciaga, Loewe, and Thom Browne. My role involved building and nurturing loyal partnerships, negotiating promotions, and managing public relations exclusively in French. These efforts were critical for maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring continued client engagement for future seasons. During Paris Fashion Week, I effectively communicated with clients to coordinate scheduling, finalize deals, and ensure seamless business operations.

At GlobalFoundries, I managed strategic relationships with key sponsors and partners, including Siemens, Silvaco, Cadence, Synopsys, and QuickLogic. I also played a pivotal role in collaborating with LinkedIn and Nasdaq, contributing to successful partnership management and enhancing the company’s market presence.
